Welcome to Bridgehampton Cottage Where Luxury Awaits!
Your family vacation starts here! This luxury cottage sleeps 10 persons. We have 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. There is a ground floor master bedroom (queen bed) with ensuite bathroom and whirlpool tub. Upstairs there is a bedroom with queen bed and private seating/reading nook. The "kids" room has two twin beds with trundles and a crib. A Jack and Jill bathroom (newly renovated in 2009) connects the two upstairs bedrooms. There is a sleeping loft which we currently use as a playroom. The open living room has a queen sofabed and twin sleeper chair. We provide premium linens for bed, beach and bath for our guests.
Outside, our spacious backyard is fenced for privacy. The 18 x 36 heated pool is secured with a child safety fence. The pool is 3 feet deep on the shallow end and gradually increases to a depth of 8 feet. There is a Cedarworks playset (with slide and swings), outdoor shower (for washing sand off after beach trips), outdoor seating for 10 (and a toddler sized picnic table) and hammock. We provide a Weber Genesis gas grill and a Weber charcoal option.

October and November, 2011 - $2250/week $1350/weekends
December, 2011 - March, 2012 - $2050/week $1250/weekends
April, 2012 - $2250/week $1350/weekends
May - June, 2012 - $2925/week
July, 2012- $4750/week
August, 2012 -$5250/week
Tax rate 11.625% on stays less than 7 days
Tax rate 3% on stays 7 days or longer
Weekly rentals run Friday - Friday, arrival at 4 pm and departure at 12 noon
No weekend rentals from May - Labor Day
We require a signed lease, 50% rental fee deposit and a refundable security deposit to hold dates. Balance payment is due 30 days prior to occupancy.
We accept checks, money orders and credit cards.
